The left and right screens are in excellent condition with little to no noticeable wear from use! It is free of major wear. The casing is in excellent cosmetic condition with little to no noticeable wear from use. All of the ports are in good condition and clean. The headband is in excellent condition, clean and has no odor. This headset does not include any controllers. The facial interface is in excellent condition with little, if any, noticeable wear from use. For consumer health and safety, a silicone cover for the foam facial interface is included. Functionality condition:

The left and right screens are fully functional with no damage or issues. I was able to test the audio by playing a video. The audio is fully functional. The camera works great and shows clear images. No controllers are included with this headset.
